How do I upload my photo and personal details?

Simply upload your pet’s photo in the image upload box on the product page, and add any text you’d like (such as your pet’s name) in the text field.
Please make sure all required fields are completed before adding to cart.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For best results, please upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo of your pet, with the full face visible and facing the camera. Please avoid heavy filters, dark lighting, or blurry images, as low-quality photos may affect the final result.

Will I receive a preview before production?

Yes. For most custom products, a digital preview will be sent to your email for approval before production begins.
Production will only start after your confirmation.
